Speedsters, greasers and rat rods are only a few of that subcultures that fall in the broader culture of hot rods! Originally it was all about stripping down the car, replacing the engine and racing fast. For the most part, they weren't pretty looking, but over time, they evolved, and some took those modified rides and made them look amazing, dropped them lower, raced them harder or just made something amazing to look at.
When we set out to create this project, we wanted it to appeal to not only the hot rod fans but to those that like to customize trucks and motorcycles. Maybe you are one of those weekend garage warriors working on that project car, dreaming of driving it down the highway turning heads. If that's you, then this project is perfect for helping you customize your garage with a new backlit sign, plaques for parts drawers or a key holder, so you'll never lose your keys amongst all the spare parts.
That's not you? Then we're sure you know someone that is. Take this project and create a custom gift, fun door sign, or plaque to add to their wall of fame! There's lots of potential here to wow even the most dedicated hobbyist or professional customizer!
We have included two pre-assembled layouts that are easy to use and customizable with v-carving. Not happy with our layouts, then you have 7 individual single models to create your own. The project sheet has some great tips, don't shy away from adding in models from your library. Just like they do in the hot rod community... strip it down and build it up, make it your own!
Projects are available in three file types: V3M, STL and PNG.
You will be asked to choose the correct type for your software at the
checkout.
Never lose your models again! Once a project has been purchased, members can log back in and
download to all three file types for no extra cost.
(Taxes may be applied at checkout)
